Will the code come day of launch? On the checkout page it said it would come two days after the card was delivered.

Typically any included promotional bundle is shown as a separate line item on your vendor invoice. Does your Amazon order show the game bundle listed?

If not, you'll need to follow up with the seller to obtain the coupon code.
