 I reinstalled windows on my computer because of a virus I picked up at my school that destroys data on USB storage devices.

Now installing AMD softvare like usual causes this error,

I tried reinstalling windows again and i made sure I am installing the correct software for my system.

Any help is welcome.

you left out the most important information - Which version of Windows are you installing?

Windows must be fully updated for the AMD Driver to work correctly.

Also what is the Make & Model of your Motherboard, GPU, & CPU?

Windows version and CPU model can be seen on the picture on tle left, the GPU is an Sapphire nitro RX 580 4G

It doesn't matter, After about an hour of installing windows updates, it decided to work.

I missed the CPU part but all the rest it just mentions that you have Windows 10 installed not  the version of Windows 10.  you might have an unsupported Windows 10 installed which will give you that error which is why I was asking.
