Do you have dual or more monitors? If so you can usually assign the port you want to be primary in the Windows settings for Windows 10. Not really knowing what OS or driver version you are running this changes where you choose your monitor preferences. If you need it to show during the boot process on a particular port then I don't know if you can force one port over the other. Someone who knows better may answer. The definitive way to find out would be to ask tech support of the company that made your card.
