I am concerned and worried to know this has been a Powercolor issue; whereby some heat sink paste has the plastic cover left on, significantly hampering the cooling of cards.
I have a Powercolor RX6800XT (not a 6700) and wondered how widespread this issue is and how I find out if my card may be effected without having to take it apart, invalidating my warranty?
