I have AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
My for the last week or two my computer screen has pink vertical lines and I can still hear the computer is running just fine. I ended up having to hook the monitor to the Mother Board.
Yesterday after updated driver (it shows the device is working properly) and try to hook it up to "port 2" see attachment. It was working just fine, then today the pink vertical lines are all over the screen, and my computer rebooted it self. This happened three times. I finally hook the monitor back to the Mother Board and its working fine.
What is going on with my graphic card?
Could it be the adapter is having the issue? (see attach picture)
Or could it be the adapter hole (port1 and port2 ) is having problem?
How to fix it?
Do I need to order a new graphic card or adapter?
