I write a demo using opentk. And I run it on Nvidia(GTX1060), AMD(WX5100,WX4100,WX9100,RX580) and Intel graphics card(HD Graphics 530). All with the latest stable driver. It works well on Nvidia and Intel card, but on AMD card it does not work.
Is it a bug in the driver ? How to make it work?
My operating system is win10 64 bit, 1909.

On AMD GPU, the shader does not work at all
On Nvidia or Intel GPU, it works correctly. The point will change color as time varies.
