If that is a HD 7850 GPU card I went to TechPowerUp that shows a close up of the rear of your GPU card and there are no switches to enable: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-hd-7850.c1055#gallery-7
If you HD 7850 has 5 switches that you can manually enable or disable then it means someone modified the GPU card for some reason or the GPU card is a Manufacturer's Test GPU card.
As you can see the rear of a regular HD 7850 doesn't show any switches at all.
