My new graphic card will be arriving today

Do I need to uninstall AMD Radeon to install my new GPU?

The only thing I can say is that I can't read your mind concerning the Make & Model of your old and new GPU cards or processor if it has IGPU on it to answer your question.

My old GPU is 5600 XT

My new one is 7600 OC

According to AMD Download page for both the 5600XT and the RX 7600, at least with the latest driver, uses the same AMD driver for both:

RX 7600 latest AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-7000-series/amd-radeon-rx-7600-series/amd-rade...

Unless the current AMD driver is older than 05/24/2023 then you would need to update.

Otherwise I wouldn't uninstall the current AMD driver and install your new GPU 7600 and see if it is supported if it is newer than 05/24/2023.
