Was the driver a fresh install? What I mean is, was this a new build with just the RX 6500 XT being the first card? Or, didcha simply uninstall the previous driver (be it an nVidia or AMD card) before plugging in the new card? Didcha run DDU or AMD Cleanuputility to completely remove all traces of previous nVidia/AMD driver?
