msi rx 6800: Weird coloured circles and points appear in games and benchmarks.

Good afternoon

i bought the msi rx 6800 4 days ago, so its new. In some games and in benchmarks, i get weird coloured points and circles around my screen(you can see it at the photos, which i also prepared). In 3dmark benchmark it even crashes. So it means that the graphic card isnt running stable. So i downloaded Msi afterburner to underclock the graphiccard and those weird circles and points are gone. But the problem is, that the Msi rx 6800 should run stable at 2155 MHZ. Because the default clock is from 1925MHZ to 2155MHZ. I even reseted everything, so it returns to it standard clock and boostclock and again i get those weird points and circles all around my screen in games. Only if i underclock it from 2155MHZ to 2000 MHZ, i dont get these circles and points again and they are gone. You think my graphic card is defective? i installed the newest driver and after an older driver, but it doesnt solve the probleme. I didnt had these problems, with my older graphic card. i thank you in advance and wish you a great afternoon, its not only that red circle, there are many of those, which appear on my screen with different coloures. it was difficult to screenshoot it at the perfect moment:)its not only that red circle, there are many of those, which appear on my screen with different coloures. it was difficult to screenshoot it at the perfect moment:)002.jpgBug1.jpg

You should RMA it because the card will likely get worse with age and you are not getting the performance you paid for. It will work with downclocking but you shouldn't have to do that. You may want to factor in with the shortages of PC parts how long it will take to get a replacement, but in the long run you should RMA it.
