Hi i want to know if can be repaired ,i didnt know why my gpu crashing ,getting black screen and the fans kicks out,i unscrew the plate and i saw this

I forgot to mention i didn't overclocked this card only his factory overclock mode i set,and power limits at 50+.This card is SH (second hand).And the seller said this card was not put for mining.I have this card for 6-7 months ago
