Okay So if i have forgotten anything else that i had to enter please ask and i will edit, or post again.

My Problem is that in the Radeon Software if i do not go in to Perfomance - Tuning and choose Overclock whenever i press the PUBG button the screen starts to flicker and computer restarts.

So to play PUBG i need to Overclock the GPU from radeon software. But thats not a solution because after couple of games my game crashes and if i try to immideatly go back in to the game it keeps crashing the drivers and sometimes restarts the computer. Also noticed that my GPU power Drops to around 10 and then goes back up. and also GPU clock power drops very low and then goes back up before crashing the game.

But the funny thing is that even if i do not overclock the gpu and enter " CBT Super People " Game i can play normally.

Things i have already done;

-Upgraded to Windows 11 Pro Didnt fix it

- Formated and stayed at Windows 11 Pro Didnt fix it

- Formated and went back to Windows 10 ( Still using Windows 10 ) Didnt fix it

- DDU the drivers and install WHQL From the AMD site Didnt fix it

- DDU and install the latest optional drivers From the AMD Site Didnt fix it

- Changed my PSU From Corsair Bronze plus 750 to Gigabyte Gold Plus 850 Didnt Fix it

- Dİd a Memtest86 for 6 hours and 45 minutes and it passed and finished without any Errors

- Yesterday gave my GPU to a friend and he said the Thermal Paste was all finished so he cleaned and re installed the Thermal paste with Arctic Mx-4 Thermal paste Didnt Fix it.

What could the Problem be could anyone help me please ?
