I bought MSI RX 5700 XT. But after installation drivers monitor had gotten black but system is not crashed, windows react on usb plug/unplug and other events. On other computers all works the best.

My comp configuration:
OS: windows 8.1 / windows 10
MB: asus x370 pro prime (latest bios)
Cpu: amd ryzen 1700x
Video: msi rx 5700 xt
Power: higgs-650w

I had the same issue. Maybe u can fix it if u change your resolution in safe mode.

I have been closed this problem! HDMI cable was bad. After connection other cable all work well
