I recently bought a LG 55NANO92, and with the proper adapters, I am able to get full 4K 120 Hz with Windows on my MBP that’s hooked up to RX 5700 XT eGPU.
But on macOS, it’s strictly limitated to 60 Hz at 4K. At 1080p it does let me go to 120 Hz no problem though.
So if anyone was wondering, as of Monterey 12.4, DSC support is still very limited and buggy on macOS. I’ve heard better luck with proper 4K 120/144 Hz monitors though.
