in some games as fortnite or pubg i can see that 30-20% of the gpu is not in use but in more heavy game as cyberpunk or cold war my gpu is in 100% usage i dont wanna to do an overclock but i do wanna that my gou will be in 100% use in fortnite

It could happen for lots of reasons.

If its not at the 80-100% interval its because its not needed.
Or the game is not optimized enough to take full advantage of more powerful GPU's
Or eventually the game as a limiter

Example:

Nier Automata, a Console Port

The maximum FPS without wrecking havoc on the games physics is 60fps (the game is locked) so I hit the 60fps and there's no need to the GPU to work harder, I get very low usage.

I even have a setting on Adrenalin for that specific game to save power and keep temps down

iam using esport mode and i dont see that option to choose the fps

The option is located in the graphics settings under Radeon Chill
