Hello! I have been having issues with FPS on my system. With my build, I shouldn't be having any problems at all playing most games on max settings at 1080p or 1440p. For some reason my FPS is suffering and my gpu isn't going above 60% utilization. So it has more power available to it to be used. I have reinstalled drivers and refreshed my bios and my windows. I'm not sure what's going on here. Any help would be appreciated!
