On warzone I will run on low settings and get around 30-40 fps and i am not sure why. I feel like these parts are pretty good and I have seen videos of people getting over 100 fps on Wz.

Are you sure you are using the 5700xt instead the build in graphical processor "Intel® UHD Graphics 630"?

You can select the gpu  in the settings i believe.

Yes in games it says it is using the 5700 xt.
