Low FPS in WoW Retail 7800XT

FPS in WoW are just way too low for what I know this PC can handle (25-35fps in major cities).  I've tried multiple custom settings and preset setting in Adrenaline with no great result.  Adrenaline even says Marginal from a rating stand point.  Also made adjustments based on online recommendations in windows settings.  I know this PC can pull decent FPS on a game like WoW.  I'm sure populated areas contribute to the issue but definitely expected more.  Graphics in game are set about halfway (set at 5 for those of you who play) which helped with on a few FPS.  Nothing running in background and not many GUI changes.  Could the issue possible be a bottleneck problem with CPU?

Would love some suggestions from the community on how I can squeeze out better performance on my GPU. I'm by no means an expert when it come to this stuff but I do know my way around software and hardware.  Never messed with overclocking (although I believe the PowerColor 7800XT Hellhound comes overclocked out of the box) and I don't want to start messing with too many GPU settings in adrenaline since I'm not as familiar with how it all works.  BIOS recently updated and GPU/Windows updates all current.  See below for my full setup.  Thanks!

Does the game support native 5120x1440 resolution? Or are you using scaling? Are you running full screen or windowed? Have you tried a "standard" resolution such as 2560x1440 stretched? Does performance improve? Do any other games exhibit the same issue running DualQHD?

Here's a thread by another user with a DualQHD monitor. Their resolution was to reset the graphics driver. What version of Adrenalin do you have? Have you tried other versions?
