Laptop doesn't detect amd card

I have hp 840 G2 laptop and it has 1 gb card, recently I gave it for repair, and after repair I installed the window because it got corrupted. Now laptop isn't detecting amd card, few days ago after restarting it detected but again after I closed the laptop and opened the next day it didn't detect. I have tried to install drivers but it says no amd card detected. I need solution for this please help

What processor and graphics card models, and windows version?

hp 840 g2, i5 5300U

AMD card R7 260x

windows 10 not activated (I also installed windows 11 but it had the same issue, I switched back to windows 10)

Go to the HP support page and install most recent drivers for your product.

And your hardware is not supported on Win.11.

All the recent drivers are installed. On website there isn't option for dedicated graphics drivers it has only intel chipset graphics option. Coming to the problem my laptop sometimes detects AMD card and sometimes it doesn't. When it does in short time it get disappears from task manager, however recently in device manager I clicked on show hidden drivers and in hidden it shows my card but I can't do anything with it.
