Is it normal to reach Junc temp 100C on 7900xtx AIB

There is a 20C delta between GPU CUR and GPU JUNC while gaming, is it normal? should I be worried or change the case for a better airflow one? or is that the notorious hot temp issue that people had? 

OS: Windows 11 Pro build 22621
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-E Gaming

Cpu: Ryzen 7 5800x3D

Ram: G-Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4 3600mhz CL 16
Driver: Adrenalin Edition 23.5.2

20C diff is fine, what case and how many fans.

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

uuhhh case is an old mastercase 5 pro? I think. Maybe it's time to switch. Maybe I should open the case panel and see if that makes a diff.
