Is it normal to be able to adjust the voltage of the R9 M375?

I am just wondering, because usually mobile GPU's are quite locked down when it comes to user control for stuff such as voltage. Here is a picture.

I am not complaining though hehe.

If that's an ASUS laptop they may have left that function enabled, though it doesn't serve much of a purpose as it will just cause it to throttle faster due to heat.

Sorry that I didn't specify, it is a Lenovo Y700 14 ISK, you cannot overvolt though, only undervolt.

So actually it reduces heat and power consumption. Stock voltage is 1225 mV and as you can see I was able to undervolt it to 1155 mV and overclock it to 1050 MHz.

I am using ASUS gpu tweak because it is he only overclocking tool that let's me do this for whatever reason. Even weirder is that to overclock the memory I have to use Sapphire trixx.
