For some reason, AMD Adrenalin seems to think that my native screen size (as shown in Display Specs) is 1792x798, when I have set it on Windows a 1366 x 768, which is what my monitor can handle.
This causes that every day when I boot the computer, the screen is distorted and both the top right buttons of apps and the Window start button are mostly outside the actual screen. Most of the time, when the computer goes to sleep and awakens, the screen also looks wrong.
I solve it every time enable / disabling Virtual Super Resolution, as the act of either enabling or disabling it causes the screen to display correct, but Display Specs still shows the wrong screen size.
I thought it might a problem of 23.5.2, but now that I have updated to 24.1.1 and still have the issue.
Card is AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, along with Radeon Vega 8 Graphics
This is how it looks in Display Specs

The 'Total is (Active (Display) + Blanking) Timings', you can check it by installing CRU.
It is normal that Total is higher.
The 'Display' info matches the monitor.

Hi, thanks for replying!
What is CRU and where do it find it?
You can find it there with a description.

Hi, sorry for not coming back before.
CRU did solve my issue. When I ran it there were two different native resolutions, I deleted the one that did not match the one I wanted, and after several restarts of the driver, I no longer have a screen size problem.
sounds good!
