I have bought used radeon graphics card rx470 but noticed that it has only DVI port, no hdmi no vga ! I think this is not original production. What do you think ?

Searching on Sapphire Nitro RX 470 there is an OC edition that has DP and HDMI ports. That card is part number 11256-10-20G.

However there is also a Mining Edition card part number 11256-31-21G which is DVI-only. Some other versions of Mining Edition cards have no outputs at all.

It seems you purchased one of the linked used mining card.

Open a Sapphire Support ticket and upload your GPU's Serial Number. They will be able to confirm or verify that you might have a Mining GPU card as mentioned by @FunkZ .
