Hello,
I recently purchased an HP 255-G10 (8D4M9ES) laptop from an online store. The product specifications stated that the laptop has a Ryzen 3 7330U processor and a Radeon RX Vega 6 (Ryzen 4000/5000) graphics card. The website technical.city also listed that the RX Vega 6 graphics card corresponds to this processor (screenshot).
However, after the purchase and installation of the official AMD utility, I found out that the laptop has a Radeon Graphics card (screenshot).
At first, I thought they were the same, but I found this graphics card listed on the same website. I’ve attached a comparison screenshot.
So, I would like to know how this could have happened and get some advice on how to proceed in this situation. According to the technical specifications, my graphics card is 25% weaker than the one originally stated.
It’s quite unpleasant. ;\
I am not sure where the screenshot is coming from. In any case you have a Ryzen 7000 series and the Radeon RX Vega 6 refers to Ryzen 4000/5000 series. As to the screenshot of the benchmark, I have no detailed info on how it is being run in terms of OS, driver and so on. Vega is already obsolete.
The first screenshot from the same resource, technical.city. The processor name is not visible on the screenshot because the image would be too large. I can provide the link for your convenience:

As for the outdated Vega lineup, I won't argue, but it is still more powerful than the one I currently have.
Part of my question was how I should proceed, as the store that sold this laptop provided implausible and exaggerated product specifications.
The HP 255 G10 can come with five different processors, all have the integrated graphics built in but the performance varies depending on the chip.

The 7320U/7520U have the integrated graphics Radeon 610M with only 2 compute cores.
The 7330U/7530U/7730U have the Vega integrated graphics with either 4, 6 or 12 compute cores.
The 7330U has Vega 4. The Vega 6 spec is incorrect for that chip and belongs to the 7530U.

You can use a utility like GPU-Z to confirm your graphics specs.
So, the store and Technical City list one card, your source mentions another, but in fact, I have a third one
I'm attaching a screenshot from CPU-Z.
The issue, in fact, hasn't been resolved.
CPU-Z does not show the graphics details. Download and use GPU-Z from TechPowerUp.

Many of the integrated graphics appear named as simply "Radeon (TM) Graphics" even though as I said, the specs can vary widely. You will need to use a utility like GPU-Z to see the details.
Here is the GPU-Z output of my 5700G desktop processor with Vega 8 integrated graphics. As you can see, it also is named "Radeon (TM) Graphics".
Here is the attached screenshot of the GPU-Z window.
When I click the "Lookup" button, it redirects to this page.

P.S. As for the RX Vega 4, I can't even find any mentions of this card.
You're right, those specs, if accurate, exceed what is described for "Vega 4".
Here is the AMD spec page for the 7330U processor. Expand the Graphics Capabilities section and it lists the core count as 6, which is the same as the original vendor specs described as "Vega 6". It also confirms that the model name of the integrated graphics processor is "Radeon (TM) Graphics".
