Hi. Can someone help me identify this chip. Is it radeon R7 M445 4gb (gddr5)? 
Is it even possible to verify it by code to know exactly what is this.

This matches the 216-0889018 number on the chip, only difference is your image shows the number 1725 and the one in the link is 1729 so close enough.
