I installed a RX 580, and now my pc runs really choppy, I also can't get into my bios screen.  I have installed the drivers.  When I try to go to the bios screen, I just get blank.  I tried to see if it was coming through the Motherboard HDMI, it was not, however, the case.  I do not know if I skipped something, or if this card is messed up.

Running :  Ryzen 3 3200G, POP OS on a B 550 pro MB, 16 GB ram.  750 w ps

I would try clearing cmos on the motherboard. I can't tell you why this has worked for people but for some it has. For the bios, if you boot to Windows and you hold shift and click power and restart it shows a blue screen where you have options to click. Go to troubleshoot, advanced options, then UEFI firmware settings. This should boot to bios. If this does not work then I would assume its a display out issue.

If you are running a cpu with Integrated graphics run an HDMI cable out of the motherboard and that should get you into your bios if not and you dont have a card to change out for to still get into bios and you checked all your display out ports i would suggest just returning it back to amd and get a replacement for that because it sounds more like there issue.
