I recently purchased an HP ENVY x360 laptop. It has an AMD Ryzen5 4500u processor and the graphics card just says AMD Radeon Graphics, it doesn't have a model or series number. Is there a way to find out what model/series this is? I've asked HP and they said it's just "AMD Radeon".
I play World of Warcraft and the sales guys said that this graphics card would be sufficient for Shadowlands, however I'm not so sure. It was within my budget. :smileyfrustrated: The requirements are linked below:

I've also linked the computer details below:

Any help would be appreciated. If the computer won't support the game, I want to return it while I still can.
Thanks!

The driver I linked you to is the latest driver. Install it using DDU in safe mode to remove all bits of previous drivers. Then reboot and install the AMD driver. Unplug your computer from the internet during all of this.
Download and run GPU-Z. When it opens, click on the "Lookup" button. It shoud show you the AMD graphics.
You only install one driver
Thank you for responding!
I downloaded and ran GPU-Z and this is what opened when I clicked "Lookup".

I have a driver already installed and it said it's up to date. Do I need to do anything additional? I still don't know if this is enough to run World of Warcraft. I know some stuff, but not enough in this instance.
Thanks!

Why don't you run the game and see how it plays?
Shadowlands hasn't been released. I can play WoW right now, but won't be able to test it fully until 11/23. Shadowlands has different requirements.
