Depends on your budget and what you are planning on using it for, like Gaming as an example.

GPU cards are more powerful and has better features than Integrated Graphics from APU processors.

Plus if you purchase a GPU card that needs a stronger PSU then what you now have, then you will also need to replace your PSU besides purchasing a new GPU card.

It would depend heavily on what you're looking to get out of a GPU. What's the goal could range anywhere from around 150 to 1000 or more. It would help to know what Applications/Games and use you are hoping to accomplish and how far behind your current APU is.
