Good afternoon everyone,
I built my PC last year in May and noticed a very high hotspot temperature of my XFX AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphic card. When I play very graphical games, who requires big performance by the GPU, such as Red Dead Redemption 2, the temperature rises up to 113 degrees Celsius!
My question is simple: is that normal and can my PC be damaged, when the hotspot temperature is up to 113° Celsius in a long time period?
I did read in the internet, that the graphics card was designed with a hotspot temperature up to 120° Celsius.
Unfortnautely, I wasn't successful in getting an answer by the manufactor (XFX).
Thanks in advance
Mattis
