When I open GTA 5, and move the mouse or suddenly click the (right) shift, or i move the mouse, my game pixelates

Does anyone have a solution to this? Check out the before and after in some screenshots I added. Also here are the settings that are set on my GTA 5 Game.

Have you got Radeon Boost enabled in the Radeon software? I had this issue too until I disabled it.

Hi bro!! so, im having the same problem, but i have an OLD version of the Radeon software so i dont see Radeon boost option, only GTA V is giving me this problem that i see everything pixeled when i even move the mouse, and i also see 4 little green squares on the corner of the screen only in GTA V. i dont know what to do i disabled the profile on Radeon Settings but doesnt work, i touched everything still doesnt work. what can i do? how do i deactivate this in an OLD software (i cant update i have windows 7 my pc is old)
