I've been playing for almost a year with integrated graphics and 32gb on my RAM and suddenly all games started to lag when on fullscreen, games that are not even demanding and I already played them with 60fps or more (hearthstone, far cry 2, valorant, L4D2, etc.)

Does someone know what could it be?

The Ryzen 7000 series IGP incorporated in the I/O die has only 2 compute units. It is not meant for gaming level performance but simply offers a display output for 2D applications without the need for a discrete graphics card. In most cases you would need to run games at below FHD resolution and lowest quality settings to have any hope of getting a playable gaming experience.
