graphical glitches with rx6700xt

Summary of issue:

Some recent AAA games (Elden Ring, RDR2, Forza Horizon 5) have some color flickerings and glitches.

Full Issue Description:

Hello everyone! As of lately, I've been running into some color flickering and glitches issues mostly in demanding, recent AAA games (Note, this does not happen on any other games I tested, including Cyberpunk 2077, Control, Sea of thieves, etc). The flickering and glitches do not lag the gameplay on any way and it plays fine at top fps but its get very annoying to see. At first, I tried reinstalling the games, then I updated the drivers, disabling/enabling freesync and finally reinstalled the drivers, but the issue is not solved. As a side-note, no overclocking or tempering has been made, everything is set to the defaults. I ran by suggestion of others some 3dMark stress tests, Time Spy extreme (dx12) and Fire Strike Extreme (dx11), both ran with excellent scores, but on the Fire Strike Extreme I found some green lines appearing on the screen (this did not happen on time spy test). Another side note is that temperatures were very stable and within healthy ranges. I will leave some examples below:

Any kind of help, suggestions or anything you might know is greatly appreciated!
