  Any help greatly appreciated , what graphics card would be best and compatible with AMD A10-7850K Radeon R7, 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G   3.70 GHz processor for Microsoft Flight Simulator ?

I don't think your CPU would allow you to get an acceptable frame rate in that game, regardless of graphics card.

Getting a new system based on the $200 Ryzen 5 3600 would be a good start, but finding any graphics card at all right now is extremely difficult.  I wouldn't bother getting anything slower than an RX 570, though even that's difficult.
