If you have a 3000 or 5000 series CPU which supports PCIe 3.0 or 4.0 x 16 then both of your GPU cards will work on your motherboard.
You can try setting the PCIe slot in BIOS to version PCIe 4.0 and see if it work correctly otherwise set it at PCIe 3.0 version and see if it works.
But it should work out of the box on your Motherboard without changing anything in BIOS unless you have some issue with the GPU card not being recognized.
Also some newer GPU card may not be recognized if BIOS is not set on UEFI Mode.
