I presume you have a Motherboard that has a built-in E1-2500 APU processor correct?
Can you post your Motherboard's Make & Model, GPU card, etc.
You seem to have a HD 4870 (AX4870) made by PowerColor. The GPU Card requires a PCIe x 16 2.0 lane to work in your motherboard.
Here is AMD Driver for your E1-2500 APU processor: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/e-series/e1-series-apu-for-laptops/...
Since you have a E1 APU processor with IGPU than you must download a AMD Driver that is compatible with both the E1 (HD 8240) and HD 4870 GPUs for both to work correctly.
Here is AMD Download page for the HD4870 which shows no Windows 10 compatible GPU drivers. Only Windows 8 and older: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-hd/radeon-hd-4000-series/ati-r...
So probably the problem is that your E1 APU GPU driver is not compatible with the HD4870. In that case you need to let Windows Update download the best compatible AMD GPU driver for your PC that will be compatible with both E1 and HD4870 GPUs.
NOTE: If the Windows 10 driver installed by Windows 10 Update is not compatible with your E1-2500 IGPU than you won't be able to use the HD 4870 GPU card in your PC.
