I have an R7 with a power of 720Mhz but in GPU-Z or in any other program or games it shows 351.2MHz.
Testing older drivers I found one from 2016 - version 16.12.2 and I saw that the power fluctuated during games.
I would like to know why the latest Driver 22.6.1 limits the power and if there is a way to change it, is it a setting??
In GPU-Z it says something about power management, is it a source?
Because with an older driver the power is unlocked??
I went to regedit and put zero in something called '"EnableUlps"" but...it didn't work.
My request for help is because the older Driver works well and has good performance at 720MHZ in games but gives a blue screen and the newer Driver limits me to 351.2Mhz.
Can you help me?

Radeon R7 graphics are legacy and no longer supported per this KB article:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-630
I recommend reverting to the last known good driver version for your legacy graphics.
I thought there might be some modified driver like there is for newer GPUs.
Just release the clock and it would be perfect.
Thank you for your attention.
