So I finally got a refund for the reference card and I bought this with it. Turns out it was $10 cheaper than the reference card.
The junction temp has got as high as 89°C. That's better than the reference card that got to 110°C within a minute of playing a game.
The rated TDP is 355W but it has got as high as 361W. Which isn't that much. Is that a transient spike?
I'm so happy now I have a proper functioning card that isn't going to melt!
