Hi, I have a Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 Gaming, 8GB GDDR5, video card, conectted through HDMI to a Sony Bravia TV 49XE80077.
1) I get constant wattman errors - changing the values as written on forums didn't change anything.
2) Screen goes randomly black - changin cables, ports, resolution settings didn't affect anything.
3) I have some random dots/artifects on screen refresh in windows 10 and I don't know what may be the cause of all that.
I will post 10 seconds clips showing you my problem.

Edit: Seems that changin the wattman settings does improve the settings and screen does not go black that much. Still having problems with these errors you see in the videos.
Hi, I also realised that wen rebooting the PC, enters the „no signal” state for one or two minutes. Even though sistem is booting in windows, the image appears after a long time. Like I said, after one or tow minutes, meaning that from rebooting, the screen wakes up in windows and all the time is in „no signal” state, without seing the boot menu where you can enter bios or the loading windows screen.
I hope that makes sense somehow.
Maybe this has something to do with the issue I have.
Sometimes, even if I just reboot the pc, I receive an error reffering to „wattman” settings that are set on default after the error.
Feel free to give any advice. I will try anything.
Thanks.
televisions are not designed like monitors
I have tried HDMI on a television and it did not work well
This is not the case.
I hsve tried also with a monitor and the problem is the same.
Here is another example of what I believe it is a malfunction of the graphic card.
Game: Borderlands.

I have Borderlands and it works fine with a standard 1080p panel
New behavior.
Game: Assassin's Creed Unity
No one with the same issue?
Still no fix to this problem.
Do you think the GPU is broken?
Should I send it to warranty?
