Small objects especially thin one on medium pixel density screens (aka 1080p, which i may guess you have) result in such effect.
Choose better way of AA for this game. Currently TAA is often used. It does REALLY good job to solve problem with shimmering pixels on faraway objects, but causes hazy look when you actively move, if sharpness filter hadn't been set on (and even still there are residue).
Through driver you can attempt some high level supersampling.
