I bought a new video card, before that I had an RX 580, and ran into a problem: games crashed. I tried for a long time to fix this via the Internet, but nothing worked. The only thing I came up with to make everything work more or less stable was to lower the GPU frequency to 1800 MHz (this cuts the power supply by almost 2 times!). I don’t know what to do anymore. I reinstalled the drivers via DDU and reinstalled the OS, tried a bunch of methods from the Internet, but nothing helps.
