Whenever I play a game in fullscreen, it can be any game, i always have lots of input lag and very low fps. If i then play it in fullscreen windowed, all these problems are fixed and it works perfectly. The thing is some games only support fullscreen and so its almost impossible to play them. Does anyone know a solution to this? This has been happening for as long as i can remember and i have tried reinstalling windows several times. My card is an R9 390 and I have the i5 4590.
