FSR TV Oled 120 HZ

I use a 7900XTX and a 55LG model B Oled TV. HDMI 2.1, 120 HZ active.
WHEN I USE FSR The HZ drops to 60hz. AUDIOQUEST 2.1 8k cable
What should I do?
