Issue:
Graphics flickering. Because it's hard to be clear what I mean, here is an example.
It is not persistent, sometimes it flashes the whole screen, sometimes just the horizon or a wall.

The problem only occurs on Forza 7 in certain lighting conditions (usually cloudy or rainy). It's hard to reproduce on command and also difficult to get it to stop when it is going. I don't play that many different games so it may occur on many titles. All video settings in Forza are set to dynamic. I have tried fiddling with the settings to get rid of the issue and nothing has worked.
Problem started when I upgraded from my old monitor.

Problem seems to persists with freesync on or off. I may have to do more testing on this to be sure.
