I had major problems with artifact flickering on Fedora on my 680m graphics. Thanks to a community post I solved that with this fix (https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/f41-the-screen-flickers-and-shows-visual-artifacts-when-i-typ...). Now there are only minor but still annoying occasional black flickers for a fraction of a second. There was this problem present when I was on Linux Mint also. The drivers installed are fine. I don't know if you can help me but I wanted to post here as well if maybe someone can. I don't think 680m card is working well with Linux which is a shame.
