Hi, yesterday ADRENALIN updated then when i rebooted, eyefinity had completly disappeared and I can not also reactivate it as even in the option eyefinity is gone. Can someone help ?

See if you have Remote Play under Relive Game Streaming "Enabled"

You need to disable Remote Play under Relive Game Streaming. Once this is disabled, Eyefinity tab will reappear again.
