every time  I shutdown my computer cpu fans and  lights still running, I have to unplug it to power off completely.

im using ryzen 5 3400g on gigabyte auros m motherboard

1 pc 8gb adata 2666 ddr4 ram. has anyone experience this? thanks in advance

have you updated the BIOS on you machine, there is also possible corruption in windows as well

not yet sir there is currently two updates available should I choose only the latest update or I have to take the two?

already installed both still it wont power off. it will only power off completely when I disable the rx vega 11 graphics driver before shutting down the computer.

have you installed the chipset drivers as well

yes sir I already installed it from amd website im using b450 gigabyte auros m motherboard. do you think it is corruption in windows? my windows version is windows 10 1903 (OS Build 18362.4449)

if you do not mind a reset of windows that may be necessary

backup personal files just in case
