Okay lets start with the Specs of the PC:
AMD FX-8350 4.0Ghz
16gb System RAM
Radeon RX 580 8Gb GDDR5 (factory set)
Windows 10 Pro 64b
Monitor 1 and 2 are Samsung UHD 4K (LU28H750UQNXZA) both connected thru the DisplayPort

The ONLY issue I have is while gaming in Windowed Mode (required for multi-screening EVE Online) the screens flicker in and out. On rare occasions it will happen while in a game in Full Screen mode, but not often. I haven't messed with any of the OC settings on the CPU or GFX Card; Is there a fix for this, or is it something the card needs RMA'd over?
