I have 2 monitors. One is via HDMI which looks blurry, colorwashed, like exploding pixels. The other one is via VGA (adapted to a HDMI cable). This one looks fine.
Ive been having this problem since always and I solved it a couple of times changing the problematic monitor hz to 59 or swapping the pixel format. This time i updated the drivers and nothing seems to work.
Amd 7770 1ghz edition
And I looped through every pixel format, every fps, every resolution. I tried with font scaling, Reinstaling drivers. Im out of ideas.
