Hi folks, I have some probs with
Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 5500 XT 8G: after ~ 5 minutes all DisplayPorts (DP) show "snow", weird pale colouring, white horizontal lines, fans stop spinning and the monitor turns black... comes back after some seconds... going dark... again... comes back....
Switching the monitor to the HDMI port: it's all OK and it works for hours (with NO FANs turning!)
I've updated the GPU drivers but... no solution. System is Win10 64b, CPU = Ryzen 5 3600, connected is a Ocol;us Rift (old modell - not longer supported.. not in the catalogue of drivers any more)
It worked for a year; the only program on this PC is MS FS2020 (the reason I use the VR set!) and I have NO CLUE what has happened... I'm always very careful with updates or add-ons.
Checking several fora / forums doesn't help ;-( but it shows other users have the same problem.. kind of.
Any idea..?
