I have amd radeon (tm) r7 360 series graphics card, and every time I open my PC, my display flickers. But when I try to refresh my display, it will black screen for 2–3 seconds and notify me that "default radeon wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure". I already tried other solutions, like uninstalling and installing my drivers. I also tried downloading the Windows 10 Pro Radeon software. Im wondering if there are other thing I can do to fix this or if I should buy new graphics card and change to nvidia. Any thoughts?
